Gryff’s Mind Space, a small but passionate charity project based in West Wales providing free, neurodiversity-affirming counselling and holistic support to young people aged 18–30 who identify as neurodivergent, have experienced trauma, or are affected by suicide.

Gryff's Mind Space is currently funded by the National Lottery Community Fund and delivering a 12-month project across West Wales, with online support across Pembrokeshire, Ceredigion, Carmarthenshire, and Powys, as well as face-to-face appointments offered in some areas.

What Griff's Mind Space Offers:

6 free one-to-one counselling sessions

Creative, mindfulness-based group sessions

A wellbeing retreat day for young people, families and carers

No referral needed from a GP or mental health service

Neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed practitioners

Quiet, welcoming spaces and the option to access support online
We know that many young people in our region face barriers when trying to access traditional services. We want Gryff’s Mind Space to be a soft place to land — where people feel listened to, not pathologised — and where lived experience and difference are respected.
